Remember the game Telephone that you played as a child. We took that idea and ran with it. But instead of using a saying or phrase to pass along we used artwork. 22 local artist interpreted the previous artist work and passed it along to the next artist. 6 different threads will bring forth insight to an artist’s ideas and direction from a previous artist’s creation. This show will be held in two different galleries. Both Bherd Studios Gallery & Home Suite Home Gallery will be showing artists work that has been created over the last 6 months. Come out and see the progression of each thread in Greenwood Artwalk.

Keep a Breast Snow Show TONIGHT!

Checking in…

Hello Friends….

Your old pal Solace here…just thought I’d drop a line and check in since it’s been a little while.  The lovely summer Seattle weather has me frolicking about more often, which is nice, and I’m also staying busy!  There’s a lot of commission work on my plate right now which is awesome…but due to the sensitivity of these projects, I can’t give away too much right yet!

Probably the biggest news lately is that my ass is finally putting my website together!!!  I’ve got loads of goodies to sift through and it’s been a blast taking a stroll down memory lane.  It’s been a LONG time coming and I’m really excited to finally put it out there!  Finally a one stop spot to see all things Solace!

Time to get organized…time to get busy…time to go!

it’s finally THAT time!

I am happy to announce that the project has finally reached the finish line. As a thank you for following along and offering support, I will raffle off some art work at the show tonight so bring your dollar bills and get your raffle tickets. $2 each and of course you may buy as many as you like! We will raffle off a total of 3 pieces throughout the night with the first one starting at 7:30 and the last grand piece (attached) will go at 9:30 so stick around and have some fun.

…it’s the final countdown!

The show is only a couple of days away people!!!  I’m get’n my booty in gear obviously!…and since every second counts, the posts are gonna be pretty quick n dirty from here on out…

i started the day spending a small fortune at home depot, the fabric store, and the art store.

…and then i put some of them art supplies to use and planted a garden.
